Buy:

When you find a product you like, click on the product to get more information about the product. You can click on the photos to see different angles or to zoom in. 

Check the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart. It is possible to remove items from your shopping cart by clicking Delete.

Click Complete Order to continue. Next, your checkout page will appear with your items and prices. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

Purchasing:

Account information: You can change your account information at any time. Just log in and change the information you want.

Shipping address: You can change your shipping address at any time before purchasing. To protect our customers, the shipping for an order cannot be changed after purchase. 

How to process a return, exchange, or warranty?

To process a return you can send an email to jinshi@botogether.com. When sending an email, be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
